You might check out Southern Exposure Seeds (
http://www.southernexposure.co... ) if you haven't already done so (although they certainly don't have every variety you have listed there). Hopefully some people that garden in the south will have more suggestions for you!
I do have a couple of suggestions, which I don't think are really zone specific (but, then again, they could be). For a slicing cuke, consider trying Summer Dance (there are a number of companies that offer it); grown on a trellis, it is a fantastic producer of long, slim, thin-skinned slicing cucumbers. And consider trying the old OP Golden Zucchini -- I had a LOT of problems with Gold Rush as far as blossom-end rot, Golden Zucchini always produces reliably for me. (however, please take these recommendations with a grain of salt if southern growers say otherwise
).
See, that's the good part about winter here... I have several months to search through all of the seed catalogs and websites to find the things I want to grow... you all in the south don't so much have that luxury, being able to plant and grow, plant and grow practically continuously!
