We went to the gym, exercised for an hour. After that I went into the pool and whirlpool for the first in a long time. It felt great. After that we went to Micky D's for the grilled chicken salad and yogurt parfait. While we were there it poured rain for about 10 minutes. It didn't rain at all at my house, only a mile away. It's so hot and my yard is so dry, but it's just too hot to go out and water. Currently 91° with a heat index of 101°. We really need some rain.
