I went to a retirement dinner for someone I used to work with. It was nice to see old friends. It was at Seasons 52, where there are lots of healthy options. I had a wonderful sea bass with Asian glaze served on black rice . It was good! and healthy too! So I rewarded myself with one of their "mini indulgence" desserts, served in a double shot glass. And I didn't drink anything because I was driving.
