AM TRYING TO ROOT A PLUMERIA IN A JAR OF PERLITE.
MY QUESTION IS, SHOULD ENTIRE JAR BE FILLED OR ONLY ENOUGH TO COVER ABOUT AN INCH OR TWO FROM BOTTOM OF JAR.

BLESSINGS,
FR.DAMIEN-MARIE

P.S: DOES ANYONE KNOW FOR SURE WHERE,SPIDER MITES COME FROM?

Father, have you tried buying a rooted cutting or seedling that has inflo already? This is most likely the sure way you can see a bloom.

I haven't tried rooting anything on perlite but Hetty and Ken did. I agree on others about he spider mites.
