I wish my snowball bush would rebloom! I love snowballs!

We've had a normal weather year, from what I've been able to determine, so I don't know what is causing it to rebloom. I can't find any information that states that this is normal for this crabapple, or for any other crabapple. I'd really like to know why it is doing it though. Could it be from stress, or maybe it's just happy? Shrug! I know it makes me happy, but I'm worried that the tree isn't actually happy, and it's trying to save itself by blooming again in order to produce more friut. It looks okay to me, but I have no experience with crabapples.
