In the past I've waited to collect bee balm seeds until after the seeds have dried out on the stalk and are ready to fall out on their own. However, I'm wondering if I can cut the stalks now and continue to let the seeds dry out. Asking because I want to prune back the bee balm plants now for appearances sake. Thanks for any advice!
