@terrafirma It was a wonderful trip to visit our daughter and husband's new home in Nogal, NM. They live in a beautiful area close to the top of a mountain on the edge of a national forest -- no real close neighbors. I am envious -- they have peach, apple and cherry trees plus blackberry bushes and grape vines -- all bearing fruit. DD and I made blackberry cobbler. She and I also put some netting over the blackberries to keep the birds from having a feast, also their dogs have found them tasty, too.
