I sowed 15 of the ornamental pepper seeds you sent me and all of them germinated. Three of them have variegated leaves, one is predominantly light purple with a little bit of variegation and the rest have solid green leaves.

All are growing nicely. Most of them are just now starting to develop blossoms. For a long time I had trouble keeping them in the sun as the leaves kept wilting badly ... so I just kept them on the edge of sunshine. Finally they have adapted to sunlight and are growing really well. They are all in pots. Sure hope they develop some peppers before frost sets in - usually around mid-Sept. here in NW PA. I have lots of seeds left over from what you sent me and will plant them next spring - although earlier than the ones I did this spring.

Let me know how you're making out with your plants.

Don

Glad to hear they are growing nicely, if you'd like to share photos I would be happy to see! Here is my pepper thread showing my progress The thread "My hybrid Pepper!" in All Things Gardening forum
