Dont cut below graph.leave 3to5 live or new canes 6to12"long.If you have live canes below 2'you could go lower.Sever pruning pomotes rapid growth.and roses grow like crazy.an despite what you read you can prune any time of year if there frozen and not to sever if its hot.Good luck with your project !!!😎😎😎From 100%
