Yes, evidently there are many of us here that have been 'Brecked' (maybe we should wear it as a badge of honor, or at the minimum a reminder of lesson's learned). But as I stated before, I've been very happy with their tulip bulbs as they've thus far been spot on and with a very rare exception high quality bulbs that performed well. This second mislabeled Iris was in fact not from Breck's, but a bonus Iris from a grower who received a large number of mislabeled Iris themselves that year and this was probably one of them. If it were a 'paid for' Iris, then I'd be disappointed. But as a bonus rhizome I had no complaints and in fact really loved this plant (Harold couldn't have drawn a more beautiful purple color with his crayon).
