My Dad always had Breck tulips in the garden and yes, those are excellent. I think they do well with Dutch iris too. It is the addition of bearded iris that has caused them troubles.
I have had incorrect iris from at least 3 established bearded iris vendors so I do know mistakes can be made. But they have all worked to correct the situation. One even admitted that I wasn't the only one with a certain iris incorrect, and that preferred me to choose a different iris as a sub because they were doubtful about the rest of the certain iris being correct.
