It looks like Coreopsis 'Moonbeam'? If so it is supposedly sterile and doesn't self-seed. I've never had it self-seed here. It would be an awful task to deadhead it and it looks like there are a few buds left to open. You could try trimming the higher spent blooms with shears to tidy it up while missing as many unopened buds as you can.
