Organic Nutrition, LLC has developed a unique integrated agricultural model that uses hydroponics, aquaculture and mass insect production to produce a line card of all natural products. We utilize state-of-the-art greenhouses with modified hydroponic systems to mass produce healthy, flavorful crops of herbs, vegetables and fruits coupled with sustainable fish production.
Position: Master Grower, Hydroponics.
Overview: Manage a large-scale hydroponics operation which is scheduled to consist of over 8 acres of greenhouses. Applicant will perform all the tasks in the grow including: cloning, transplanting, feeding plants, defoliation, topping, flushing, foliar and preventative sprays, trimming, packaging, waste disposal and inventory management. Company operates under the highest standards of professionalism.
Duties: Develop and/or maintain growing protocols and nutrient regiment.
Manage all aspects of greenhouse operations and crew anticipated to reach 25 employees.
Assist executive management with input on species selection. Manage plant scheduling and organization to precisely project all greenhouse needs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to maintain maximum productivity while controlling expenses. Cataloging and analyzing each individual strain from clone to flower to harvesting. Cloning and manage vegetation with at least a 90% success rate.
Execute preventative maintenance and elimination of all types of mold, powdery mildew, spider mites, root aphids, fungus gnats, etc. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Mastery of hydroponic growing methods, including in-depth knowledge of PH; PPM and EC counts.
Expert knowledge of plant diseases, insects and fungi, as well as plant treatment options.
Well researched in new techniques and insight to expand knowledge in nutrient of individual strains, high yield recipes and control stress environments. Comply with all HR policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure and non-compete. Facility maintenance and troubleshooting as necessary. Must have accountability, proactive behavior and strong attention to detail.

Requirements: Candidates shall have and minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial hydroponics/aquaponics with a variety of herbs, vegetables, and fruits. Candidates will be required to provide a minimum of three industry related references with all contact information, and shall be willing to undergo background and drug testing prior to hire. Shall be ready to locate in South Eastern Florida and can start within 30 days of hire.
A Master’s Degree in agriculture, science or related is preferred not required.
Compensation: Salary shall be dependent on experience. Benefit package to include medical coverage after probationary period; phone; and vehicle and expense allowances.
