Very nice Gene! Thumbs up You should add some pic's to the database if you haven't done so already! Ponytail Palm (Beaucarnea recurvata)

I've seen a few Pony Tail Palms growing in the ground here in Florida and they were amazing specimens! I have two large ones that I've had for many years and the containers stay out in the yard year round. The leaves always seem to look really ratty and both are really, really root bound and need re-potting. I've been saying that I'm going to plant them in the ground and let them take off; maybe now that we've moved and don't ever plan to move again, I should think of getting them planted! I also have a small pot with numerous little ponytail's out there somewhere ... I'll have to get out with my camera later and take some pictures.
