Not sure if this helps, but I have this seed packet from 2008. It says "burpee signature, tomato, sweet salad. A sweet grape like tomato". The back is stamped "packaged for 2008, lot 1, origin France". There is a picture on it that doesn't look like the actual tomato grown from the package seed. The actual tomato is larger with a more paste tomato look and a pointed tip on the bottom. I searched online for more information but all I found was a forum post from someone back in 2008 about a burpee sweet salad tomato that had a pointed tip and didn't look like the package picture.

These are indeterminate and prolific. Hundreds of large tomatoes, healthy plant 8ft tall, we just got to try the first ripe one and it was so sweet! This plant lived through multiple frost nights when I covered the small plant with a stocking cap at night.
