I have a similar grape vine growing wild in several places. I have not identified mine but I call it Pigeon Grape for now.
If the plants in your yard had been cultivated in three places there would be a support structure for the grape vines to climb. I would venture a guess that if there is no support structure that the vines are most likely a "gift from the birds". The image you posted looks like a very healthy plant; it might be fun to encourage it to grow and see what it bears. Thumbs up
