These are some I use for garden art or supplies to make my own garden art.

I always take advantage of coupons for Michael's and A.C. Moore and Dollar Tree and the clearance aisle at Walmart have become regular stops for me when I'm out.

Goodwill, Salvation Army and we have a thrift shop in town run by the hospital volunteers too. Prices a little higher but sometimes you can find some decent deals.

One of my new favorites is Ross Dress for Less. I never knew? Confused I had never been inside one and thought it was just clothing, boy was I wrong!! Wonderful "stuff" and VERY reasonable prices! Thumbs up

All of these are at least an hour away but worth the occasional trip:

Marshalls, TJ Maxx, Tuesday Morning, Big Lots, Ollie's Bargain Outlet.
Homegoods is always a necessary stop when I can find one, closest store is either Richmond or Greensboro. Thumbs down

Online I've bookmarked a lot of these because my family asks for suggestions every year and I give them links with my 'Christmas Wish List'. Big Grin

My personal favorite has got to be Collections Etc. http://www.collectionsetc.com/ Reasonable prices but I always wait for a sale or offer of free shipping. If you sign up for their emails you can get 15% off your first order! Warning, you'll receive TONS of emails!! They do alert you though to new markdowns and free shipping offers. Their sister site, Nature's Touch http://www.collectionsetc.com/... basically offers the same garden art but sometimes they have additional selections.

Gardener's Supply http://www.gardeners.com/ Pricey but they occasionally have good sales. Another company that will fill your mailbox with emails. Grumbling

I'll try to get a list together of the sources I've saved for craft supplies, concrete molds, mosaics, etc.
