Hydrocotyle microphylla is not recorded growing in the US. There are six species recorded in NY State. None seem to be a perfect match, but the three best matches I can find are Hydrocotyle americana, Hydrocotyle ranunculoides, and Hydrocotyle sibthorpioides.
