Hi & welcome! Very nice! The species is shown here (that Lin also linked to):
Cast Iron Plant (Aspidistra elatior)

All of the cultivars listed in the DB here are derivatives of that species. Although other species exist, that species may be the only one in commerce in the US.

The blooms happen at the soil level. If it bloomed, you would likely never notice under so much gorgeous foliage. Potted plants are often reluctant to bloom. It could be divided when being repotted. It's not necessary for it to be bigger than space allows.

What an attractive and unusual dining set, BTW!
