hello i live in quartzsite az ten miles from Colorado river . the other nite we had a bad storm. and my 14 ft ocotillo fell over. its over thirty years old and i want to plant the broken parts. can i. how long can it stay out of the growned. and how do i plant it . i had to chop it up just to move it. thank you alec need your help
