I've been working for several days on updating our Tree Mail system, and I just uploaded all the changes.
I have re-written the entire mail system from the ground up, re-thinking the concept away from a "email" system over to a "private room" kind of system. As part of this, you can now have Tree Mail between multiple people.
So, think of Tree Mail as a "private room", where you and one or more people can go, close the door, and have a private conversation with only the invited participants being present.
When you compose a message, there is a "To" field and you can type in your recipient into that field. If you want to mail several different people, just enter all their usernames separated by a comma. You will notice that when you start typing a name, the system will search the memberlist and give you a pulldown of matching names. Once you see a name you want, click the name in the pulldown and it'll add it to the To field.
Keep in mind that if you send a message to multiple people, they will all see it, and they can all reply to it. In this sense, it becomes like a "Group Reply to All" feature in your regular email inbox.
Have fun.
