It's hard to say from a description if the yellow leaves at the tips are just new ones that look a little different because of their youth or a sign that there is an issue with the plants' health, hopefully the former.

I would get some cuttings going as insurance and pass most of them out to many friends, relatives, neighbors, then consider repotting the mama. If it ain't broke, the virtue in fixing it is debatable.
