Work on it when he is not around. The ridged edges go together. (that's the teeth) Press down on top and sides (that is where horns go) Take a stick and open up thee eye openings. Press gently on side , by the teeth and keep tweaking til it looks right. It took be a while before I got it looking right. don't give up Cheryl, you will get it.
