My brother has a pigmy date palm in his backyard in Phoenix Arizona, it's been there over 9 years and was there when he bought the house. It is now turning brown and the frawns are falling off. Could this be from poor drainage, too much water? He has already lost 2 palms in the same backyard. Please help
