I am interested in knowing how you handle new plantings during drought conditions. I am eager to get a lot of plants in my garden moved/transplanted/divided, as well as adding some new purchases, but I'm not sure how to deal with the prolonged hot dry weather we've been having here in SouthCentral Pennsylvania as well. How do you go about successfully gardening under these conditons? Any tips, pointers?
I am not "country" I am "landed gentry."
