Welcome! Do you know what kind of hydrangea it is? How long have you had it? Depending which kind of hydrangea it is it would also help to know your location. The usual reasons for them not to bloom are pruning at the wrong time, or winter damage to a type that is not hardy for the area it is growing in if it is one that flowers on old wood rather than new wood.
