The corn meal you buy at the grocery store is not the same product
unless you purchase Whole ground cornmeal
The other stuff lacks the outer shell and is mostly composed of the starchy inside , lacking in the most effective parts.

Personally: I would not waste my time and a whole ''weed season'' on the wrong thing.
..a balanced life is worth pursuit.
