I don't think anyone would go to the trouble to patent a cultivar name for that. Assuming they haven't, then it's C. soconuscensis, variegated version, not 'Variegata' with apostrophes & capitalization, which indicates an official cultivar name. It does look like C. soconuscensis, I have that too.

(Edited, used to say C. congesta.)
