I'm a bee huger but a yellow jacket murderer. I don't grow Candice, I only have a hand full of rare grapes and a few Vitis rotundifolia. Hopefully the skin gets sweeter for you but some grapes have sour skins and I treat them like I would a slip skin grape just eating the inside.
