Looks like a Bradford to me. They are actually on Tennessee's watch list for invasive species. They grow quite quickly, produce beautiful blossoms in the early spring that happen to smell of rotted fish or something similar. They fall to the wind quite readily with their weak wood and tight branching. Good luck to you! Just my opinion, but I would cut it down. Some people really love them! Thumbs up
