I checked at my grocery store today and the corn flour (the tortilla flour) definitely said "GLUTEN FREE" so that's not an option. The corn meal (Indian Head brand) said it was made from the whole kernel, so there's some gluten in it... I'm going to try sprinkling it on a small patch of dirt and see what happens. I'll keep you all posted of the results!
