That is a very nice Variegated plant and I really like the yellow/chartreuse plain leaves which have been produced. I believe that these leaves can emerge like this and change as they become older, much as the others with ore distinct differences in color. Not seen this type before.

This type is quite common now w more white than yellow/chartreuse.
