Not saying it couldn't be, but neither of those is recorded as growing in Georgia.

Here are the ones that are known to grow in Georgia.
Senna corymbosa
Senna hebecarpa
Senna marilandica
Senna obtusifolia
Senna occidentalis
It's not S. hebecarpa or S. obtusifolia. Looking at photos online the three remaining seem to have distinctive seed pods. So if @Britbolt could post photos of the pods once they fully develop it might help give a positive ID.
