Glen, I wonder why yours has to be staked sometimes? Mine is so strong that it shocks me! We get some really bad wind here, and each time it hits hard, I expect Thin Man to be laying on the ground, but it's standing straight up, demanding that I stare at it for a while. Hilarious! I know that you take excellent care of your plants, so I can't imagine why you would be having that problem. Seems like the scapes are strong for many of us. Has it just been added recently? That's the only thing I can think of.
