ASAP. check roots for root rot. Cut any damaged roots off.lay em out on newspaper several days or week.so damaged roots ca scab over. The dead one probably died from root rot. Lets hope the others arnt to far gone. You can cut babies off.let them scab over and start new ones. Good luck !
