Daring Deception has been in my garden since '04. It grows well and has been moved/divided several times in the last 12 years. It reaches the 24" as registered here. The bud count is not high but the blooms are nice, always consistent in color and form, always open well. I don't know about pods and pollen. It does not rebloom for me.
