I do not, I will add some of my compost mix to the top. I used to not water during the winter and noticed that my bulbs had a lot of shrinkage, talked to plantsman at the floating market in AMS about watering them during the dormant period...thats what he recommended, plus I figured in their native area it must get some moisture during the dormant time.
