I discovered a new-to-me weed in my hosta garden today... hope someone can tell me what it is!

The plant is about 2 ft. tall. (the red berries in the background are on a jack-in-the-pulpit). Close-up of the weed
is shown below. Since I just noticed it... I assume it must have had flowers before the seed pods formed?
