I just purchased a home with two very large unmaintained fragrant tea Olive bushes. They are currently 25 feet tall in 10 feet wide. I'm looking for some Direction on how to hard prune the bushes to bring them back under control. Any suggestions would be great. Can I prune off all of the lower branches and make it more tree formed?
