Arctic Snow put on a show for me this year with all the rain we had. It even got taller than the 23" it is registered, which I don't remember it getting this tall before. As you can see in the picture, it is about the same height, if not taller, than Sacred Drummer right behind it (SD is registered at 29").

Only two-way branching and maybe 10-12 buds, but I too, like @cottlepg said, love the contrast of the black anthers against the creamy white petals.

I have not had a problem with rust, but I don't see a lot of rust here anyway. It blooms from mid-June to just after 4th of July here in my zone 6b garden.
