Hey! That looks like the *real* K. daigremontiana! I wouldn't try to assign a cultivar name to it from that pic.

(K. laetivirens doesn't have mottled spots on the bottoms of the leaves, and its' leaves are a somewhat diff shape.)

Those aren't seeds, they're baby plants. If you live where they are not hardy, they can't cause a problem. The flowers are stunning, they are why I keep Kalanchoe plants around!
