Ok, here we go! This gets a bit complicated near the end but I've drawn pictures to try and make it a bit easier and it helps if you have someone to help you out.

Here are Steps 1 & 2

Get some clear tubing from the pet store, you should be able to find the one you need with the reptile supplies, you want one that is nice and narrow. I think mine is about a quarter inch. Now cut two peices of tubing appox to the size of your pot holder, it helps if your pot or pot holder has either a rim or slightly wider towards the top so the tubing has something to grip.

Next cut two peices of heavy gauge fishing line, make these quite long....3 or 4 feet is good. You can always trim later. Thread the fishing line through the clear tubing. See picture.

Step 3

Now this is the tricky part, lay the two peices of tubing threaded with line next to each other on the table and thread the line from tubeA into the corresponding opening on tubeB and out the other end.........I've only drawn one peice of line in the picture so you can see how it goes

Step 4

Do the same with both peices of line threading them through the opposing tubes, and you shoud have a loop that you can fit your pot into. Ive added the second line in picture3. Now gather your loose ends, tie in a knot at the ends and you have a plant hanger!

I hope that this will be of some help, it may seem confusing to read but give it a try and I'm sure you will get it right, it does help if you have someone with you to hold the loose ends of the fishing line so they don't get mixed up.

Any questions please feel free to ask!

Here is a picture of the finished product in use!
