Thank you for all the tips! I will definitely take care of those rotten roots and start watering less often!
For someone who lives in New York, how would i take care of the sempervivum during the colder months?
I also have an eccheveria

any tips on taking care of them? they seem to be doing okay...though the howarthium seems to be a little brown on the underside of the bottom leaves. All three succulents are under the same conditions/watering schedule. I am a Zone 7a (i believe)
