Gardening can be very expensive. I wanted to be able to express my vision for the garden where my husband had zero interest. That was good for me in the beginning because it allowed me to buy what I wanted to express my artistic abilities and is great stress reliever. To catch his attention I brought in elements of interest to him which was golf. In our garden you will find a putting hole & flag, golf bird houses, golfer topiary, golf stepping stones....you get the picture. As his interest grew he helped me with the muscle required for the hardscape and yards and yards of compost. That black gold made our flower garden flourish. Our 30 year old garden has become a paradise that we both enjoy and a haven for wildlife. A place for us to relax and enjoy together by day and night by creating a seating area and tables where we like to light many candles in the night and just sit and talk.
