Oh what I would give for "sunlight over-exposure"... I suffer shade from neighbors' trees along the property lines... And it HAS to be south/west, not east/north. It is driving me me nuts.
I am considering trying to buy the adjoining properties just so I can cut down the darn trees! Well some rental properties might be good... And deciding who your neighbors are might be good too.
