It might be parsley... But... there's a lot of plants that look like each other, including poison hemlock...
Suggest not trying to eat this until you get an absolutely positive id.
Maybe look for caterpillars, the black swallowtail butterfly uses parsley and carrots and zizia as host plants for her children...
But the presence of caterpillars does not mean the plant is safe...
next time, please photograph the entire plant...
