Not sure if this is what you meant, but I will say "should I add that to your trade list" or some such when someone really likes an iris, and will want an increase. I try to then remember to add it to my plant list so I remember to send it to them later when we trade. So mine is a personal swap list.
Don't think there is any organized list of who wants what. Might be a good thread to add over the winter.
