In total, the number of seed packs offered varies. Some people have 20 to offer, some have 80....or even 100+. The minimum amount you can offer is 3 packets of seeds.
As far as number of packets per type, most people offer, as Jim said, 1-3 packets of a given type of seed.
It all comes down to how much you have and how much you want to give away.
