Stillwood, click on your little blue people symbol in the upper right corner, then click on "view your profile", then click on "change your site preferences", then scroll down to the question right above the watermark uploaded photos question -- that's a big box. The question right above that says, "Show community-submitted photo banners sitewide?" That's where you click from no to yes please! in the drop down menu. Then MAKE SURE to click SAVE YOUR CHANGES in the green rectangle at the bottom. Then refresh your screen. Ta Da!
