Big Grin I believe I have joined "the 'possessed by liliums' brigade"! They sure are stately there in their own bed, and I am SO impressed by (really) everything about them.
Polly, I have not tried taking scales yet. I will read up on how to do that, and maybe try with some I get this fall.
I am very excited to see what the lillies have in store for me.
I <i>am<i> a bit concerned about all the bulbils I see on my Tigrinum Splendens. Blinking I don't want a whole bed of those. I may end up moving them where they can spread as they wish. Thumbs up
